Why is color so important?  What benefits will I get?  What if I have health issues in my genes?

Color makes it easy to identify Phytonutrients (plant based nutrients) which have two categories (Bioflavonoids and Carotenoids) and combine with vitamins and minerals to provide what the body needs to be healthy and stay healthy.  Healthy cells will guard your body from outside invaders like pollution, chemicals, ultra-violet rays, bacteria, viruses, etc. and therefore diseased cells will have a difficult time reproducing keeping you healthier longer.

A few benefits of a Phytonutrient rich lifestyle:

  • They serve as potent anti-inflammatory and anti-histamine agents
  • Improve skin and connective tissue
  • Help relieve hemorrhoids, asthma, allergies and menstrual problems
  • Reduce development of osteoporosis
  • Protect people at risk of heart disease
  • Protection against skin cancer
  • Healthy prostate
